We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term work, competitive rates of pay, and the chance to be part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock, raw materials, and finished goods throughout the site
- Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Accurately completing warehouse and stock movement documentation
- Supporting production and warehouse teams as required
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating forklifts within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or logistics environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights and weekends where required
