Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop your management team.

  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.

  • Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service.

  • Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.

  • Analyse performance and implement improvements.

  • Support recruitment, training, and people development.

About you:

You'll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager within:

  • Restaurants

  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

  • Hospitality

  • Food Retail

  • Convenience Retail
