My client is looking for a detail-oriented Global Reward Analyst to join a growing Reward team. Reporting to the Global Reward Specialist, you will support reward activities including benefits management, salary analysis, benchmarking and annual salary and bonus processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual benefits renewals and manage employee benefits queries.
- Prepare monthly reports, salary analysis and reward-related documentation.
- Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Liaise with external benefits providers to resolve queries.
- Manage shared inboxes, requisitions and invoices.
- Support audits, data requests and reward policy updates.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential employee information appropriately.
About You
- Experience in Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll or benefits systems would be advantageous.
