The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
  • Assist pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement
  • Help students develop confidence and independence
  • Work closely with class teachers to support learning outcomes
  • Gain practical classroom management experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
