Healthcare Assistant

First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our packages based in E7 Forest Gate, Our client is a 2 year old female who lives at home with parents

Please note you MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience working with young children (3 Years old & Below)

Shifts Available:

Monday /Thursday / Friday / Saturday - 22:00 - 06:30

Tuesday / Wednesday / Sunday - 22:00 - 06:00

Experience Required:

• NIV - BiPAP & Stellar 100
• Deep Suctioning
• PEG Feeding
• Dystonia

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home
• Moving & Handling via a Hoist
• Medication Management
• Build rapport with family members and other staff members
• Making sure care plans are followed accordingly

Requirements for the role:

• A minimum of 1 Years recent UK experience working with complex young children
• Good communication (clear spoken English)
• Must be a car driver / Live no more than 1 hour away from E7
