Reporting To: Team Leader
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our Service & Maintenance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of a growing business where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in supporting customers, engineers, and internal teams, helping to ensure that maintenance visits, reactive repairs, compliance documentation, and customer communications are delivered efficiently and professionally.
