- Respond to scheduling queries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Optimise scheduling to maximise operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
Profile
A successful Helpdesk Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
