Hgv Class 2 Driver

CareerMakers Recruitment is looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing general haulage work based in Trafford Park. This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular, long-term work with immediate starts and the potential for a permanent position.

The Role

• General haulage deliveries and collections.
• Multi-drop and trunking work.
• Palletised goods using tail lifts and forklifts.
• Daily vehicle checks and completion of paperwork.
• Delivering goods safely and efficiently.
• Providing a professional service to customers.
• Complying with all road transport legislation and company procedures.

Requirements

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid CPC Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ideally 2 years' Class 2 driving experience (exceptions may be considered).
• Good knowledge of UK road networks.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.50–£16.25 per hour PAYE.
• Overtime: £16.00–£18.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.
• Ongoing full-time work.
