HR Coordinator

Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their busy HR team on a full-time basis with hybrid working.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people, managing processes and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Whether you're already working in HR or have strong administrative experience and are looking to move into HR, this role offers excellent exposure across a broad range of people-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for HR-related queries from employees and managers
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Process HR changes and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support benefits and pension administration
- Assist with HR reporting and employee data management
- Provide administrative support for employee relations cases
- Support learning and development administration through the organisation's learning management system
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or a people-focused environment
- Experience using HR systems highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience handling confidential information appropriately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
