HVAC Specialist

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a HVAC Specialist to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

In this hybrid role, you will be on the road visiting clients' sites as well as providing remote triage support, ensuring that HVAC and Hot Water systems are being maintained to the highest standards.

• Salary - £,51,261
• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
• Location – North London 

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to our mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required
• Remote triage of HVAC
• Monitoring HVAC systems
• Auditing PPMs and compliance to industry standard

Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC Experience
• NVQ Plumbing qualification
• F-Gas Qualificatiion
• Awareness of BMS control systems
• Full Valid UK driver’s license
• Full UK driving license
