A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Job Running Architect to join their Birmingham team. The practice delivers a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects, offering the opportunity to take ownership of schemes from planning through to completion.

This role is ideal for a confident Job Running Architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to manage schemes from planning through to completion, playing a key role in the continued success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:
• Lead the delivery of residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved
• Produce and coordinate planning, tender, and construction information
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout project delivery
• Attend and lead client, design team, and site meetings
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:
• Qualified Architect (ARB registered) with experience running projects independently
• Proven experience delivering residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Confident liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
