Key Responsibilities
- Work with an existing client bank, supporting ongoing financial planning needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Support client meetings, financial reviews and the preparation of recommendations.
- Assist with financial planning research, suitability reports and recommendations.
- Gradually develop your advisory skills and take on greater responsibility for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment.
- Experienced and confident writing reports
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- An existing bank of clients to work with and develop.
- Support and mentoring from experienced advisers.
- Genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development.
- Support with further qualifications, where applicable.
