Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit a commercially driven Key Holder for one of its high-profile Central London stores.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor or existing Key Holder who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.

The role:

• Drive individual and store sales targets

• Deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

• Open and close the store as a trusted Key Holder

• Support management with daily store operations

• Lead by example and motivate colleagues on the shop floor

• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong fashion retail experience

• Has previously held Key Holder or opening and closing responsibility

• Can demonstrate success against sales targets and KPIs

• Is confident in styling, selling and customer engagement

• Brings a proactive, reliable and commercially focused approach

• Is motivated to progress into retail management

The package:

• £29,000 basic salary

• Commission and performance-related bonuses
