Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in shaping young lives. Your main duties will include: 

• Deliver rich, play-based learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Act as a 'Key Person' to build warm, trusting bonds with children and their families.

• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to plan fun next steps in their development.

• Promote high standards of health, safety, and hygiene at all times.

• Safeguard and promote the welfare of every child in accordance with our policies.

• Work closely as part of a friendly, dedicated team to maintain an inspiring environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven working experience within a professional nursery or EYFS setting.

• Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding/child protection procedures.

• Skills: Fantastic communication, patience, and a genuine passion for children’s early development.

• Attitude: Proactive, reliable, warm, and a strong team player.
