SEMH Education Roles - Lichfield
We are currently recruiting experienced education and support professionals for a specialist SEMH school in the Lichfield area.
This is a challenging but rewarding environment, supporting young people who may require a consistent, structured and relationship-led approach to education and behaviour.
We are looking for staff who are confident, resilient and experienced in working with complex behaviours, and who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience within SEMH schools, SEND settings, residential children's homes, youth work, care or behaviour support.
The right candidates will be able to set clear boundaries, build trust, manage challenging situations and contribute positively to the wider school team.
