Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator

We’re recruiting for a growing technology/manufacturing business looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehousing Coordinator to join their team in Reading.

This role combines logistics, shipping, inventory and warehouse operations.

• Goods-in, picking and packing
• Liaise with couriers and logistics providers
• Support import/export documentation
• Manage stock and inventory records
• Coordinate customer shipments
• Process returns and repairs
• Support warehouse and production operations
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse
• Identify and support process improvements

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Confident using Excel and IT systems
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems is desirable
