Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Horsham. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless distribution of clinical trial products, directly contributing to our mission of helping our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and courier coordination.
- Accurately enter shipment details into ERP systems to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Maintain meticulous records in accordance with regulatory and study requirements to uphold Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status.
- Proactively manage client inquiries, track pro-forma invoices, and facilitate Certificate of Origin applications.
- Handle Controlled Drug License applications in coordination with government departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to meet strict logistics metrics and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong numerical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in an operational or logistics environment is highly valued.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and quality systems is considered a significant asset.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: £15.86 per hour / £32,000 annual equivalent
- Schedule: 38.75 hours per week (Core shift 8:30-17:00 or Early shift 6:00-14:30 with 10% shift allowance)
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Start Date: Monday, 29th June 2026
