Based in Leeds City Centre
We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for 2 Maintenance Operatives to join their Leeds North sites on an immediate basis.
This role involves preparing student accommodation for new arrivals, ensuring rooms are completed to a high standard and ready for occupancy.
Duties include:
- Basic painting and decorating
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Replacing silicone in showers and bathrooms
- Furniture repairs and general maintenance
- Carrying out room checks and completing remedial works
- Previous experience in general maintenance or property repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- A good eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- 5 days out of 7 – will include weekends, as it’s shift work
- Shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm
- £15.03 per hour
You will most likely be based at one site, so a driving licence is not essential if you have relevant experience and can travel to the location reliably.
