Manufacturing Operative 
 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with good all-round practical knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting and carrying out a variety of hands-on tasks.
• Experience using machinery, tools and production equipment would be beneficial.
• The role will include working with CNC machinery, although previous CNC experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing work to a high standard.
• Able to follow work instructions, drawings and processes accurately.
• Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good approach to health & safety and maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• A practical, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse environments would be advantageous.
