Manufacturing Supervisor in Stockport

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor on a permanent basis paying £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on qualfiications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- To lead and Supervise manufacturing operations team to safely ensure the on-time delivery of finished products at correct quality and cost
- Champion continuous improvement in all activities
- Responsible for effective deployment of resource, achieving business returned hour targets are delivered
- Ensuring the manufacturing team can deliver on targets
- Reporting writing
- Ensure that the company Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing Procedures are followed
Person Specification
- Must have production supervisor/manufacturing supervisor/cell leader experience in the Aerospace, Automotive or Defence industry
- Experience planning and leading manufacturing schedules
- Must have experience managing teams of 20+ people
