Salary: £46,000 Basic Salary | OTE £55,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm | Saturday on Rota

THE ROLE
As a Master Technician, you'll provide a high level of technical expertise within the workshop, supporting both the Service team and fellow Technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
·Supporting the Workshop and Service teams with complex technical issues
·Diagnosing highly complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
·Carrying out complex repairs and advanced diagnostic work
·Providing technical support and guidance to other Technicians when required
·Helping the workshop maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
·Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the required manufacturer standards
·Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
·Sharing technical knowledge and supporting the development of colleagues
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced technician who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Previous experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
·Strong experience diagnosing complex vehicle faults
·Excellent mechanical, electrical and diagnostic knowledge
·Experience within a franchised dealership or large independent workshop
·A flexible approach to work
·Strong communication and teamwork skills
·A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
·Full UK Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
·Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
