Mechanical Construction Manager

PSR Solutions is working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected Main Contractor to recruit a Mechanical Construction Manager to join their growing Building Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with nearly a century of construction heritage, delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland. You'll take ownership of the Mechanical package across multiple projects, primarily within the Residential and Hotel sectors across London.

Working alongside Project Managers, Technical Services and the wider site teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring the Mechanical subcontractor delivers safely, to programme and to the high standards expected by the client.

• Managing Mechanical subcontractors throughout the construction phase.
• Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety.
• Coordinating Mechanical installations with the wider construction team.
• Reviewing drawings and resolving on-site coordination issues.
• Attending site meetings with consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Driving quality through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within programme.

• Experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Construction Manager or Building Services Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical building services installations.
• Experience delivering Residential, Hotel or large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to manage Mechanical subcontractors from first fix through to commissioning.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
