What You Will Do:
Maintain and repair blow and injection moulding machines to keep output steady and efficient.
Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic faults using strong diagnostic skills and clear, methodical fault-finding.
Support shift leaders with machine setups and contribute to improving cycle times.
Carry out regular quality checks and proactively support Health & Safety on site.
Provide technical assistance through workshop-based activities, including the use of lathes, welders, and grinders.
Take ownership of engineering improvement projects and help drive continuous improvement across operations.
What You Will Bring:
A mechanically biased background, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in hydraulic fault finding and an ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings (pneumatics experience is also beneficial).
Strong process understanding, with the confidence to explain how fault-finding is approached from start to finish.
Comfort working with workshop equipment such as lathes, welders, and grinders, whether through experience or training exposure.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced industrial setting.
