MEP Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre - Frankfurt

I’m working with a leading international construction contractor that are looking to grow their Commercial Team on a Major Data Centre project in Frankfurt. 

We are looking for people with prior Data Centre experience who can hit the ground running on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP works
• Carry out regular valuations and produce accurate cost and commercial analyses
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to implement effective cost control strategies
• Manage tender processes, procurement, and contract administration
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, variations, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Prior Data Centre experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong MEP focus
• Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
