Our client, a reputable manufacturer-owned automotive dealership in Stockport, is seeking a highly skilled MOT Technician to join their team. Duties of an MOT Technician:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conducting MOT tests (where qualified) and basic diagnostics
  • Performing vehicle health checks via video and identifying additional work required
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard as an MOT Technician
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment
  • Upholding high standards of quality and first-time fix rates
Requirements of an MOT Technician:
  • NVQ / IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 (minimum) in Motor Vehicle Technology 
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Mechanic
  • MOT licence preferred (additional monthly salary uplift applicable)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
