Our client, a reputable vehicle servicing and repair centre located in Wokingham, Berkshire, is seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join their dedicated team.   • Basic salary starting at £34,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £38,800 including bonuses

Duties:
  • Conduct MOT tests in strict compliance with government standards to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness
  • Provide exceptional customer service by updating clients throughout the MOT process and explaining any required work or failures
  • Support colleagues with additional workshop tasks, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and testing procedures for efficient and accurate vehicle testing
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and test documentation
Requirements:
  • Valid MOT Tester licence and a full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in conducting MOT tests to a high standard
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure and inform customers effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering quality work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
