Multi-Trader – Essex

Location: Chelmsford, Essex (CM2)

Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card

An established property maintenance contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader to join their growing team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance works across residential properties throughout Essex.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a company van, fuel card and the chance to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Duties

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating repairs.
• Undertake repairs within occupied and void residential properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Complete job sheets and paperwork accurately.
• Work safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, property maintenance or refurbishment.
• Strong carpentry skills with experience across multiple trades.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
