Multi-Trader – Suffolk

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk (IP3)

Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card

An established property maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join their team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across residential properties throughout Suffolk.

Offering long-term work, a company van and fuel card, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

Duties

  • Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance works.
  • Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.
  • Undertake repairs within occupied and void properties.
  • Deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Complete work safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate job records.

Requirements

  • Previous Multi-Trader experience.
  • Experience within social housing, repairs or refurbishment.
  • Good all-round trade skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently.
