Location: Basildon, Essex

Salary: £230-£250/day DOE

Job Type: Contract

Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join their team on a sub-contract basis, carrying out a variety of maintenance and refurbishment works on site.

The work will involve a range of internal refurbishment tasks, including wall repairs, ceiling tile replacement, flooring, painting and plastering.

What You'll Be Doing

• Wall repairs, preparation and refurbishment.
• Replacement and installation of ceiling tiles.
• Flooring repairs and installation.
• Painting and decorating to a high standard.
• Plastering, skimming and making good.
• General maintenance and multi-trade works as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a multi-trader in a site-based environment.
• Competent in painting and plastering.
• Experience with flooring, ceiling tiles and wall repairs.
• Able to work independently and deliver a high standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Own tools and relevant experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS card
