Job Description
We are looking for experienced Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, Floorlayers, Handymen, Labourers and Drivers to join our team working on planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.
This is a great opportunity for self-employed operatives looking for long-term, consistent work on well-managed contracts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out works within occupied social housing properties
- Completing works to a high standard
- Working safely and professionally in residents' homes
- Working alongside other trades to deliver projects on time
- Following company health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in your trade
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Asbestos Awareness certificate (preferred, assistance can be provided if required)
- Experience working in domestic or social housing environments
Additional Information

- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Own tools (where applicable to your trade)
