Hays are recruiting on behalf of an established housing association in Manchester for a Neighbourhood Officer for an initial 3-month period.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week.
A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and business insurance are essential.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for delivering a high‑quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service, acting as a visible presence across local communities. The role centres on ensuring homes are well‑managed, tenants are supported, and neighbourhood issues are resolved quickly.
- Managing a defined patch
- Leading on complex tenancy matters
- Supporting community engagement
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in tenancy management, including arrears, ASB and legal processes
- Confidence carrying out home visits, inspections and risk‑based tenancy reviews
- Ability to build positive landlord-tenant relationships and intervene early
- Skilled in multi‑agency working and partnership building
