A large property developer with sites in Norfolk are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Norwich
Experience Required:
- 1+ years new homes experience
- Property sales experience
- Stable employment profile
Sales Negotiator duties:
- Build rapport with customers & providing excellent customer service
- Conduct property viewings, explaining pricing, measurements & optional upgrades
- Building strong relationships with construction & progression teams
- Keeping the system up to date
