Pay: £13.50 per hour and £1 attendance bonus per hour

Schedule:

FRIDAY 9PM UNTIL 5AM

SATURSDAY 7PM UNTIL 03.OOAM

SUNDAY 7PM UNTIL 03.00AM

MONDAY 9PM- 5AM

Three Oceans supply some of the UK's biggest food service and cash and carry brands with a diverse range of products, and they are looking to add to their night shift team.

Set up nearly 30 years ago, Three Oceans focus on procuring only the best available fish and have built a unique international alliance of both fishery and primary processing partners around the world.

Key Accountabilities

Carry out production-based tasks as directed by the production Team Leader or Manager including:

• Carry out thorough cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and tools safely and correctly.

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning as required.

• Ensure all hygiene records and checklists are completed accurately.

• Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain food safety compliance.

• Follow all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.

• Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to supervisors promptly.

• Previous experience in a food production or hygiene role (preferred but not essential - full training provided).

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Comfortable working in chilled or frozen environments.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work night shifts or weekends if required.
