Responsibilities:

• Provide essential administrative support to the Operations team
• Assist with daily operations tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and organize documentation and records efficiently
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
• Support team members in delivering outstanding service to our clients

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
