The purpose of this role is to contribute to the operational performance of the administration department. This role is a great opportunity to those who have strong experience in a customer-focused environment and who are PC literate. If you are immediately available and would like to gain experience within a reputable company then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing towards the administration department to work towards the achievement of key performance indicators, including making recommendations for application, payment and periodic data approvals.
- Providing responses to queries from current and potential participants in a clear and logical manner.
- Ensuring that checks made to register calculations enable accurate payment information to be provided within agreed timescales
- Provide support to the team on related issues on an ad-hoc basis
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to deliver operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills alongside IT literacy (including Microsoft Office)
