Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor Duties: As an integral member of our team, your role involves issuing quotes, processing customer orders and returns, creating accounts, conducting credit checks, and providing support through email, telephone, and web chat. Your excellent communication will ensure our customers feel valued and confident in our services.

Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or order processing role within a similar environment
• Exceptional ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills, including a friendly telephone manner
• Proficiency in using MS Office and an aptitude for learning new systems (experience with SAP is advantageous)
