Keeping customers informed, orders moving and opportunities from being missed can make a real commercial difference. As an Order Management Controller, you’ll take ownership of that process, combining accurate administration with direct customer contact to help retain existing business and increase account value. 

You’ll join a global technology and manufacturing business whose products and services are used by consumers and organisations around the world. This is a hands-on contract where you’ll see the impact of your work, managing customer requirements from initial enquiry through to resolution while building stronger relationships along the way.

Your responsibilities as Order Management Controller
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, helping ensure requirements are fulfilled correctly.
  • Clarify customer requirements, pricing and quotations to keep orders progressing.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and recognise relevant opportunities to increase value.
  • Contact existing customers to support retention and develop further business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information remains up to date.
  • Manage customer complaints through to resolution, escalating issues where appropriate.
What we’re looking for in an Order Management Controller
  • Customer service experience involving regular telephone-based customer contact.
  • Experience of accurate data entry, administration and maintaining customer records.
  • Experience processing orders, quotations or similar customer transactions.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries or complaints through to resolution.
