Up to £22.55 p/h PAYE + Holiday + Pension or £30.88 p/h Umbrella Rate
Join a global engineering and manufacturing leader in a hands-on role that offers far more than forklift driving. As a Packaging Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring packaging assets are available, maintained and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Packaging Engineers with day-to-day activities and projects
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to move and manage packaging assets
- Assist with deliveries, goods receiving, and loading/unloading activities
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of damaged packaging equipment
- Conduct asset counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain packaging documentation and supplier communications
- Ensure packaging assets are available to support production requirements
- Help maintain a safe, organised, and efficient packaging yard
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck experience/licence
- Forklift operating experience within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling environments
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
- Fork spreader experience
- Warehouse or logistics operations experience
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles or shipping containers
