🔧 Paint Preparation Operatives - Finish Strong, Start Fresh!

⏰ Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:00pm

📍 Location: Raynesway, Derby (moving to Ilkeston in the coming weeks)

💷 Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (£13.00 per hour for candidates with relevant experience)

Looking for a role that gives you a three-day weekend every week? We're currently recruiting Paint Preparation Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company investing in its future, with operations soon relocating to a new facility in Ilkeston. If you have experience using sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper, or you've worked in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or workshop environment, we'd love to hear from you.

📋 What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing products and components ready for painting 🎨
• Sanding and finishing surfaces to the required standard
• Using abrasive tools safely and effectively 🔧
• Carrying out visual quality inspections to ensure high standards ✅
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Supporting production activities while maintaining excellent attention to detail 👀

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Experience using sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper, or similar equipment
• Previous manufacturing, engineering, automotive, workshop, or production experience would be beneficial 🏭
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach 👀
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in 💪
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a team 🤝
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic ⭐
