Working in a state-of-the-art workshop, you'll repair a wide range of accident-damaged vehicles using the latest manufacturer-approved repair methods and equipment, helping to deliver outstanding results while enjoying excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels, restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacements.
• Repair accident-damaged vehicles using manufacturer-approved repair methods.
• Complete structural repairs, panel alignment and panel fitting where required.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and bodyshop quality standards.
• Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Collaborate with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to maintain an efficient repair process.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a busy accident repair centre.
• A recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in producing exceptional workmanship.
• Self-motivated with the drive to maximise productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
