We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable Accident Repair Centre in Milton Keynes, for an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join their expanding team. This Panel Beater vacancy offers excellent earning potential, a stable Monday to Friday schedule, and ongoing opportunities for training and professional development. This opportunity is ideal for skilled Panel Beaters seeking a reputable employer within the accident repair sector.

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £56,000 (£24 per hour)
  • OTE of £65,000+ through efficiency and workshop bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) with some flexibility

Duties:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels and components
  • Repair steel and aluminium panels using approved methods
  • Realign vehicle body structures and chassis as needed
  • Utilise welding and specialist body repair equipment safely and effectively
  • Prepare repaired panels for the paint process to ensure a quality finish
  • Identify additional damage or repair requirements during the repair process
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques
  • Experience working with steel and aluminium panels
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment
  • ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
