We are currently seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join a well-established crash repair workshop in Morden. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to work within a reputable, family-run bodyshop that values quality craftsmanship and team collaboration.

Benefits of a Panel Beater:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience, with potential earnings reaching £60,000 including overtime
  • Overtime available at an enhanced rate
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota paid at overtime rates
  • 20 days holiday plus statutory leave

  • Supportive, team-oriented working environment at a reputable bodyshop in Morden
Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Perform accurate panel beatings and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
  • Ensure all work is completed to factory standards and within specified timescales
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet workshop targets
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and regulations
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and execute appropriate repairs
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, ideally within a crash repair workshop
  • Strong repair skills with detailed understanding of vehicle structures
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Strong team player with reliable work ethic
