We are recruiting on behalf of a leading accident repair group in Leicester for the position of Panel Beater. Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Conducting high-quality panel repairs and replacements
  • Assessing vehicle damage and determining effective repair methods
  • Removing, repairing, and refitting body panels and components
  • Completing repairs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs carried out
  • Ensuring the work environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service and repair quality
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician in a bodyshop setting
  • Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
