We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Panel Beater to join an established accident repair centre in Hull, East Yorkshire. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with a reputable family-run business that is expanding within the area.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £42,000, dependent on experience
  • OTE approximately £55,000 inclusive of bonus
  • Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends

Duties:
  • Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
  • Working on a variety of commercial vehicles
  • Planning work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely job completion
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and industry skills
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service, fostering customer loyalty and referrals
  • Upholding high standards of workshop cleanliness and administrative accuracy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with a strong eye for detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or extensive experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle repairs preferred
