We are recruiting for a Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a reputable vehicle repair group based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater seeking to advance their career within a dynamic and well-established workshop. The successful individual will have the chance to work on a variety of high-tech and prestige vehicles, including OEM partner projects, light commercial vehicles, hybrids, and electric vehicles.

Duties of the Panel Beater:
  • Responsible for carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles, including premium and advanced technology models
  • Accurately assess damage and prepare repairs to meet manufacturer standards
  • Use a variety of tools and techniques to efficiently and safely repair or replace panels
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in compliance with safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and effective communication throughout the repair process
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
  • Qualified Panel Beater with NVQ / IMI Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or proven time-served experience
  • Valid UK/EU driving licence
  • Demonstrable experience working on high-tech and prestige vehicles (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
