We are looking for an experienced and motivated HGV Parts Advisor to join our busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with commercial vehicle or motor trade parts experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role
- Advising customers and workshop staff on HGV parts
- Identifying and sourcing correct vehicle parts
- Processing orders, stock control, and deliveries
- Handling supplier and customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory levels
- Supporting the workshop with efficient parts supply
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role
- HGV, commercial vehicle, or automotive background preferred
- Good IT and organisational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
