I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established and respected dealership near Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values its people, offers genuine career progression, and provides a supportive working environment.
The Opportunity
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the dealership, ensuring engineers, workshop technicians, and customers have the right parts at the right time. You'll use your product knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills to keep everything running smoothly.
Whether you're sourcing parts for the workshop or supporting customers at the counter or over the phone, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and keeping the business operating efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts role.
- Experience within the agricultural, groundcare, plant, or related machinery sectors.
- A good mechanical understanding and the ability to identify machinery parts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using dealership or parts management systems.
- The ability to stay organised, prioritise workloads, and perform well in a busy environment.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using the GOLD system would be advantageous, but it's not essential.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday mornings: 8:00am – 12:00pm on a rota basis.
