We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established team in Exeter, Devon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to develop their career within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories
  • Manage stock levels and ensure product availability
  • Utilise computerised parts system for sales and inventory management
  • Assist in order processing and parts procurement activities
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support workshop team with parts requirements as needed
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Motivation to further develop within a reputable automotive company in Exeter
