As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting workshop operations through efficient parts management. The successful candidate will have a strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the motor trade.

Duties:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
  • Managing parts stock levels and reordering as necessary
  • Advising customers on parts requirements and available options
  • Processing parts sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining precise records of parts sales and inventory
  • Assisting the workshop by ensuring parts availability and liaising with technicians
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Valid UK driving licence
