We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a reputable automotive organisation.   • Competitive salary between £32,000 and £34,000 per annum, depending on experience

The duties of the Parts Advisor include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Managing parts orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining inventory control and accurate records of parts movements
  • Supporting sales growth through identifying additional sales opportunities
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives and promoting parts products
  • Ensuring the presentation and organisation of the parts department meet high standards
  • Supporting colleagues with parts enquiries and technical support
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Developing technical knowledge of vehicle parts and internal IT systems
The ideal individual for the Parts Advisor role will have:
  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts sales (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the Parts Advisor
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • IT literacy; training will be provided on in-house systems
  • A passion for the automotive industry and delivering excellent customer experiences
